Ken’s business and building philosophy is “Give the customer what they want, and exceed their expectations, but have fun in the process.”

For two and half decades Ken has been doing just that. Ken feels his success is attributed to many things, but personally it “rises, thrives and survives on repeat and referral business.” You can always find him on the jobsite. He is definitely a hands-on builder and the only contact person for his customers.

He believes “a straight line of communication gets the information to the person who has the ability to do something.”

Stephen Anderson, a native of Kansas City, MO is President of Crownridge Homes Inc.  Stephen comes from a family of building in the Kansas City area beginning in 1955. 

Prior to forming Crownridge Homes, Stephen obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Public Administration majoring in Marketing.  He currently serves as Chairman of the Northland Steering Committee, Trustee on the PAC (Political Action Committee) and a Director on the Kansas City Home Builders Associations Board of Directors.

 His community service involves donating to the Red Cross (flood and tornado victims) and the Channel 4 Love Fund.

Stephen states, “At Crownridge Homes, we strive to make your custom home a pleasurable and rewarding experience”.  Computer designs of floor plans and exterior elevations save countless hours and misconceptions concerning the dimension and overall appearance.  Following his father, a respected custom home builder in the Northland for over 25 years, Stephen continues to fulfill that tradition.

Gregory Allen, president of Gregory Allen Enterprises, Inc, has 15 plus years of building experience in the northland and Overland Park areas. Gregory is a Certified Graduate Builder.

As a team, Gregory and his wife, Jamie, take pride in working with each customer to fulfill their new home dreams.

They also are members of G-Squared Custom Homes.  

The Allen’s reside in Overland Park, Kansas with their two daughters.

Frank Riley brings over twenty years of construction experience to our community. For the past five years, he has been building homes in Kansas City North as Genesis Custom Homes.

His craftsmanship and attention to detail can been seen throughout his homes. Genesis Custom Homes is a member of the Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City.

Frank currently lives in Kansas City North.
